How do I return, reformulate or get a refund on my products?

We’re really sorry that you've landed on this page! We'd love to know what we did wrong or what we can do better.

Reformulation: As our personalised skincare sets are made with 100% clean ingredients and are designed for you, we're confident the products will work for you. However, we are happy to provide you with a complimentary reformulation* if you are not satisfied with the results. Please reach out to us at support@lovefromyours.com with your order details within 14 days of receiving your order. Do include before and after photos of your skin, highlighting any skin troubles, so that we can understand how to serve you better.

  • Limited to 1 reformulation for each full set order. Please note that we will not be able to provide a reformulation if your skin assessment was not accurately filled in, as we use your responses to personalise your skincare regimen.'

Return: If you’d like to return your products—get in touch with us at support@lovefromyours.com with your order details within 7 days of receiving your order or 7 days of receiving your reformulation and let us know what went wrong. If the reasons for return are valid, please ship unopened products back to us within 7 days of receiving your order or your reformulation, bearing all return shipment costs.

* do note that this applies for replacements as well - orders should be within 7 days of delivery to be reviewed for a replacement.

Refund: Your refund will be processed after the products have been received, reviewed, and have been approved for return. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund (excluding all shipping charges) to reflect in your account based on your bank's operating timelines. If you’ve purchased a trial pack in the past, any products purchased after will not be eligible for return or reformulation

We require before-and-after photos to process a refund for opened products.
