However, we are happy to provide you with a complimentary reformulation* if you are not completely satisfied with your products. Please reach out to us at support@lovefromyours.com with your order details within 14 days of receiving your order. Do include before and after photos of your skin, highlighting any skin troubles, so that we can understand how to serve you better.
